STUDENT BURSARIES

Thanks to a generous donation, we can offer for the first time at this Congress four bursaries of £ 600 per person to meet the costs of travel, registration and accommodation.

Applications including a summary of about 150 words detailing the reasons for applying for an award must be submitted to the President: president@congress2016.scot

Successful applicants will be university students or will have recently obtained their doctor's or master's degree, the thesis or dissertation for which will focus on a topic of genealogy or heraldry.

Beneficiaries will be expected to submit a proposal to read a paper at the Glasgow conference.
